No, it's a shit drug that does nothing. It was known when it was put on the market that it had little to no absorption in the gut in most people. It was a hasty replacement because pseudoephedrine was "being made into meth!!!1!"

And even then it's stupid to buy when you can walk 10' to the pharmacy counter and buy the the real stuff that works OTC unless you're a tweaker trying to buy 50 boxes.
