Obamacare was a love letter to the insurance companies.
Sanders is a communist, but "Medicare for all" might be a better solution if you want a central healthcare system. It's just that we can't count on the government to make it run efficiently.
we can't count on the government to make it run efficiently.
Nor effectively when reflecting on Canada, Britain and Australia as quick examples.
That's the problem, isn't it. It's like all things socialistic. It sounds good, and probably would work well enough if run with effective governance. But there isn't any effective governance, it simply collapses into what every other socialistic system does when it's overwhelmed. Shit.
Insurance fascism.
Speak to a doctor who ran a private practice before Obamacare. It completely killed all private practices. Not only was it a love letter to insurance companies, with the government picking up the rest of the bill for people who don't make that much money, but it was a huge love letter to big hospitals because it killed all private practices and force doctors to work for big hospitals.
I noticed that a lot of the quacksdoctors around here suddenly joined a large collective organization that's continually building new offices around the area. Fallout from the ACAttacks, I suppose.
Yeah, their private practices were more than likely all closed because they couldn't accept Obamacare so they were forced to join a mega hearthcare system.
