POD LIFE 4 EVER!

A scientist claims that spending 93 days underwater has turned back the clock on his aging. He says he has 10 times more stem cells which show the potential to reverse signs of aging.

Dr Joseph Dituri spent more than three months living in a 100-square-foot pod at the bottom of the ocean.

He ventured down to the bottom of the Atlantic as part of a study group that aimed to research the effects of pressure on the human body.

Dituri, a retired naval officer, also beat the world record for living underwater smashing the previous world record of 73 days.

Once he returned to land, Dituri was assessed by medics who examined him and measured his telomeres - a region of repetitive DNA at the end of the chromosomes.

Telomeres shrink as a person ages, however, Dituri's are now 20 percent longer than they were before the experiment began in March.

He also said he had 10 times more stem cells than when he submerged. Stem cells have been touted as a potential way to slow or reverse aging.

Other benefits included a 72-point drop in cholesterol, more REM sleep and Dituri's inflammatory markers have been halved.

Hyperbaric chambers - which put people under higher pressure - are sometimes used to improve brain health which can lead to better cognition.

Dituri's research examined how the human body reacts to pressure over a longer period of time.

"You need one of these places that are cut off from outside activity. Send people down here for a two-week vacation, where they get their feet scrubbed, relax and can experience the benefit of hyperbaric medicine," Dituri told the Daily Mail of the experience.

Oh, let me guess, a new (((industry))) is born. The old (((one))) has expired.

I'm on board with the idea of putting all jews at the bottom of the ocean for an indefinite period of time. If we forget about them and stop delivering oxygen to them, then the idea is even better.

Just so people know, these are directly related. inflammation increases your body's demand for cholesterol. Cholesterol is your body's way or repairing your vascular system. High cholesterol means means your vascular system is damaged and in need of repair. The damage creates vascular inflammation.

The lie of mainstream medicine is that food creates high cholesterol. This is only partially true and is provided to hide the root cause. Statins are frequently prescribed for high cholesterol but this is medical malpractice and a complete lie. While it may reduce cholesterol it also hides the root cause of why you have high cholesterol in the first place. As such, they recommend removal of meat which is the exact opposite of a healthy diet. In effect, it simply slows your body's ability to repair your vascular system and of course helps prevent that repair process from clogging. However, it does absolutely nothing to address the root cause or resulting vascular/arterial/heart inflammation. Which means you remain sick and the official "treatment" is to hide your sickness with snake oil and allow damage to you vascular/arterial/heart systems to steadily increase over time. As it increases over time your body's demand for higher cholesterol continues to increase. Whereby they will attempt to further hide the root cause by prescribing higher doses of statins.

The underlying cause of almost all "natural" deaths is inflammation. If you have a disease and are doing nothing to address systemic inflammation, you are do little to nothing to address the root cause of your disease.

I don't know, it kind of sounds like one of those too good to be true things.

You're too good to be true

I tried doubting my own existence once, it got me nowhere. People still wanted bills paid for some reason.

Did he get younger or did he just not age as quickly?

The overhead of an underwater spa + hotel would be insane. Only billionaires could afford it and they live long enough as it is. Fuck this nerd.

This is a tabloid btw.
