Take the pills goy, just add it to your maintenance prescriptions!
Makes sense as it dilates blood vessels. This takes pressure off the heart and increases O2 delivery. The increased O2 combined with vascular dilation is why it helps with boners.
I seem to recall that the drug was originally developed as a heart medication of some sort, and the test subjects instead were reporting that their ED was going away instead. The overall functionality of the drug is to increase micro-vascular blood flow, which is how it helps with ED, but it works in all other parts of the body to some degree.
I've read so many of these claims, about so many food and drug products. They always turn out to be false. Always, not some of the time. Remember when butter would kill you? Then it was nature's wonder food. Remember when salt gave you heart attacks. Now it is harmless --eat as much as you want. Remember when milk was the best source of nourishment on earth? Then milk was said to be bad for adults, because their bodies are not adapted to process it. Change, change, change. The only constant in these product claims is that that are invariably disproven if you wait a year or two.
