Even if true, it proves NOTHING as far as toxicity to humans.

If anything, it just proves IVM is toxic to mosquitos.

Grapes are toxic to dogs, but we don’t run away in fear of wine, the fruit aisle, or the communion cup. Just because it’s toxic to one living thing doesn’t necessarily mean shit in terms of another. And FFS, dogs and humans are both mammals…and even at that, grape toxicity is completely non-applicable to us.

And here we’re talking about a fucking insect VS human biology.

Bugs in general have a very unique biology to begin with. Nicotine is actually a bug repellant, but does exactly nothing really detrimental to humans in small doses. Note I’m talking about nicotine specifically as an isolated compound, not tobacco at large. My grandmother makes a concoction out of chewing tobacco and soap that she sprays on her plants to keep bugs away. That shit works. I noticed that when I use nicotine, mosquitoes land on me and then promptly take to the air again. Meanwhile everyone around me is getting bit to hell. So what basically acts as a coffee like stimulant to me is like DEET to a mosquito.

I took IVM for several days when I was infected with the rona. I certainly didn’t feel “poisoned” and kicked the virus rather quickly, as did my fiancée.

Also, how can you take a drug that’s been around since the fucking 50’s and now suddenly start telling me it’s toxic?
