Where to begin ...this is fear porn and probably all lies. FTA:. Ivermectin is known to be an acutely toxic drug Also FTA: Their premise was that perhaps by injecting the human population or livestock with Ivermectin, they could poison or render mosquitoes less fertile. An absolutely crazy idea- though it seems like another bad excuse to pump Africans full of Ivermectin. I wonder why? Maybe for the negative fertility effects?

Ivermectin is likely the safest drug ever discovered, even safer than baby aspirin. Literally billions of doses have been dispensed since it was approved for humans in 1987, mostly in tropical areas like Africa and India. And it's quite obvious by observation that Ivermectin hasn't hurt fertility in Africa since 1987. Source (from 2017): https://www.nature.com/articles/ja201711

The article has issues. I simply found the link between ivermectin and killing mosquitoes interesting.

I don't believe that either. The entire population of subtropical Africa has been on IVM since 1987. Mosquitoes should be extinct there by now.

I thought it killed mosquitoes because it killed the gut bacteria of the insect effectively leaving them starved or malnourished. This is the action of some other antibiotics prescribed for other parasitic infections such as lice.

Perhaps I am incorrect in this assumption.

All I know is I like potatoes. Nothing else makes sense these days.

No, you're already here so you may as well stick around.

Even if true, it proves NOTHING as far as toxicity to humans.

If anything, it just proves IVM is toxic to mosquitos.

Grapes are toxic to dogs, but we don’t run away in fear of wine, the fruit aisle, or the communion cup. Just because it’s toxic to one living thing doesn’t necessarily mean shit in terms of another. And FFS, dogs and humans are both mammals…and even at that, grape toxicity is completely non-applicable to us.

And here we’re talking about a fucking insect VS human biology.

Bugs in general have a very unique biology to begin with. Nicotine is actually a bug repellant, but does exactly nothing really detrimental to humans in small doses. Note I’m talking about nicotine specifically as an isolated compound, not tobacco at large. My grandmother makes a concoction out of chewing tobacco and soap that she sprays on her plants to keep bugs away. That shit works. I noticed that when I use nicotine, mosquitoes land on me and then promptly take to the air again. Meanwhile everyone around me is getting bit to hell. So what basically acts as a coffee like stimulant to me is like DEET to a mosquito.

I took IVM for several days when I was infected with the rona. I certainly didn’t feel “poisoned” and kicked the virus rather quickly, as did my fiancée.

Also, how can you take a drug that’s been around since the fucking 50’s and now suddenly start telling me it’s toxic?

I just ordered some horse paste. First time I ever heard ivermectin as toxic. Gonna try to dejew

I've been taking horse paste, first to get through my wuflu experience, then every three weeks or so, for more than a year. Just make sure to tell your family to keep the pasture gate closed so you don't get out. 😆

I took wuflu head on. Because was on business travel. It ducked for good three days. Next two were okay. Didn’t take shit. How much you take. Obviously don’t take the horse dosages. And can’t get the fkn other stuff even though it’s legal over the counter in this state. The drug companies won’t stock the pills here.

The application tube is graduated by weight, I think 250# per click. I weigh about 160, so I go with half a click. You just guesstimate, it's not that critical.

You can order it from ivermectin.com

Oh, no. The poor mosquitoes.

They give this stuff to horses. It can't be too dangerous, given how expensive the things are.

It's used in horses to kill the larva that botflies lay in them, and given to dogs to prevent heartworms.

My best guess is that the next big "pandemic" vector will be an insect or parasite of some sort, and they don't want anyone using ivemectin regularly, because it will disrupt the spread.

This Tim Truth guy is going in on ivermectin, a treatment used by billions of people... why?

I was wondering why I haven't been bitten by a mosquito lately
