But, it's interesting that a sudden boost of adrenalin causes death in people with enlarged hearts. I didn't make that connection with athletes until now. go figure. Wonder what that means for soldier in a fight.

These victims generally go into a malignant disrhythmia. Since they won't let the public know what autopsies are finding we can only speculate. You'd have to have a very f*d up heart rhythm for "adrenalin" to cause death. Atropine and epinephrine are used to keep a heart going not stop it.
