All I know is I will continue to drink whole milk just like I have for 60 or so years. I am not sure when I got off the tit or if I ever did formula as a wee lad but I do know for sure homogenization is basically stirring whole milk as opposed to letting the cream rise to use separately. That's it... my uncles dairy farm in Upstate New York had a stainless collection tank with a big motor driven "fin" on a shaft that stirred the milk constantly. It also had a compressor running to keep it cool. It was a twice a day everyday operation to milk those cows.
