Yeah, that's right, I heard the same thing. It's just like gluten is actually roundup in the food, maybe.

I have heard that, I have also heard that gluten sensitivities are caused by wheat being so hybridized in recent generations. Not at all like it's heirloom form. Could be a combination. Just as we've changed corn drastically from what it used to be. I liked it much better decades ago. But then, I grew up in Iowa, corn on the cob with butter and pepper was like ice cream to us. And NO GMOs.
