What if you pump sunshine up your butt? Do I HAVE to think of everything?

Vitamin D does wonders for my Seasonal Affective Disorder. That combined with exercise quite literally replaced ssri meds I'd been on for a couple years w/ vastly better results.

IMAGINE if you pumped sunshine up your butt. Daylight NEVER reaches there. STARVING. BLAMO! I imagine. Night and DAY.

... and calculated: If all Germans over the age of 50 were to take vitamin D supplements, [...] more than 300,000 years of life could be gained

That's why the CDC and the FDA don't like to talk about vitamin D. The vitamin D level decides if a C19 patient survives, so it would be natural to use all the money used for vaccination campaigns for vitamin D campaigns instead. But that would be the death blow for the pension fonds, there would be too many old people who just refuse to die.

The supplement was 1000 iu, and the no supplement sunshine recommendation was two to three times a week for about twelve minutes.
