well, my bro has been feeling ill as of late with body aches and such so he took the chinaflu test and got positive and now my mother is feeling ill too and even i had a huge headache last night.

i was already taking vitamins D and B12 so lets see how this goes. hope that this will amount to nothing but am worried about my mother and father since they are old and their health is not optimal at all.

oh well....

Ivermectin seems to work in any state of C19 - from prevention to ICU. But maybe you have to sue your doctor:

You can add nigella sativa to your vitamins and supplements:

Vitamin D is extremely important, a high enough level in the blood makes sure that there will be no deadly cytokine storm. Sometimes, the level is surprisingly low, even if you take high dose D3. Your doctor can measure the level, there are also at-home-tests (at least in Europe, don't know if the FDA has approved them yet).

The tests are inexpensive. With the help of your doctor you can optimize the vitamin D level without any risks of overdosing. Some people have a low level even if they take a high dosage. Also, it takes a long time until the vitamin D level rises: If your parents have a low level, they might want an injection to speed it up.
