well, my bro has been feeling ill as of late with body aches and such so he took the chinaflu test and got positive and now my mother is feeling ill too and even i had a huge headache last night.

i was already taking vitamins D and B12 so lets see how this goes. hope that this will amount to nothing but am worried about my mother and father since they are old and their health is not optimal at all.

---I was a massive booze and drug fiend for many many years...got so sick of it, it just fizzled out. Waking up sober and alert is amazing, bro. No shame, anxiety, guilt...Food for thought.

Totally, these last few days, stomach bug aside, my outlook has improved quite a bit.
