well, my bro has been feeling ill as of late with body aches and such so he took the chinaflu test and got positive and now my mother is feeling ill too and even i had a huge headache last night.

i was already taking vitamins D and B12 so lets see how this goes. hope that this will amount to nothing but am worried about my mother and father since they are old and their health is not optimal at all.

oh well....

Excercise. Work up a sweat and elevate your heart rate. Drink plenty of fluids. Take in sunlight.

i'm doing just what you are suggesting here, i drink plenty of water plus i take vitamins to fortify my terrain. but i'm not worried about myself at the moment. my mother is main concern here

The recipe is the same for her. Get her some 20 Minute Workout videos downloaded and she can hop with Airlaine Wright in her best spandex like it's 1984.

I took some pretty hefty doses of D3 and the normal rounds of C and Zinc when I had it. Went through it pretty quick but I lost taste about two weeks after. I could only taste base flavors (sweet, salt, etc.) It's mostly back now except coffee still smells like coconut candy.

i havent lost my sense of smell and taste yet so lets see how it goes thanks for sharing your experience

No prob, hope it passes as quickly for you as it did for me. I still feel a bit run down, but eh.

What test did your brother take? The pozzed hypercycled PCR or some ludicrous quick test for a supposed virus that has no isolates? You guys have a bad cold, that's literally what a coronavirus infection is. Take your vitamins (sounds like you already are), hydrate, and rest. Move about to keep your lymphatic system going. Get some sunlight and breathe some mask-free fresh air.

he took the one that is official by the state of florida, you know the one with few cycles than the others. yes its the nasal test, he has been having some diarreah and body discomfort and aches

diarreah and body discomfort and aches

so, a hangover

[–] 0 pt

I was horribly hungover on Wednesday. Thought it was just that. Diarrhea just ended last night after severely restricting diet, no booze, no coffee. Still having body temperature fluctuations. Almost done, never got a test becauae the Coof is a psyop. This is a stomach big. Just backing up your point.

no dude he hasnt been drunk in quite sometime

Any test claiming to detect a virus for which there has been no sample isolated from an actual patient is a complete joke. Don't fall for the "COVID is real, it's just not as dangerous as they said" false paradigm.

Do your brother's symptoms line up with regular influenza A or B (which have magically disappeared). Or any old respiratory / sinus infection nobody would have thought twice about 14 months ago?

[–] 0 pt

i hear you but he's having symptoms and of course it could be also a false positive. lets see what happens as the disease progresses.so far he hasnt lost his sense of taste or smell, thank God

i'm optimist but a tad worried for my mother that's all

My dad, a virus alarmist, said 2 months ago that my brother has muh virus. I said 'wait a few days, he will be fine'. I never heard anything else about it.

[–] 0 pt

YEAH both him and his wife and my sister are a nervous wrecks lol

its just a virus that has treatment, its not something that will outright kill you right away

Lay out in the sun. Get lots of sunshine.

yeah i'm not getting the vaxx regardless if i end up having it or not lets see how my body reacts to it. i'm more worried about my parents which are old and have medical conditions (specially my mother with a congenital heart condition along with high blood pressure and beetus)

[–] 1 pt

I'm telling people that I'm giving up my white privilege by letting everyone else get their vax first.

Get some Tonic water, zinc and vitimain c.

[–] 1 pt

tried the tonic water because my sister in law takes it and its not for me but the other two, suggestions are pretty much welcomed

my zinc order is arriving tomorrow and i also have vitamin c on the shelf so am mostly ready to fight this crap.

do you think that 50mg is too much of a high dose for zinc?

Ivermectin seems to work in any state of C19 - from prevention to ICU. But maybe you have to sue your doctor:

You can add nigella sativa to your vitamins and supplements:

Vitamin D is extremely important, a high enough level in the blood makes sure that there will be no deadly cytokine storm. Sometimes, the level is surprisingly low, even if you take high dose D3. Your doctor can measure the level, there are also at-home-tests (at least in Europe, don't know if the FDA has approved them yet).

i take high dose of vitamin d3 5000 IU

The tests are inexpensive. With the help of your doctor you can optimize the vitamin D level without any risks of overdosing. Some people have a low level even if they take a high dosage. Also, it takes a long time until the vitamin D level rises: If your parents have a low level, they might want an injection to speed it up.
