This vaccine is supposed to be different. They inject something (I forget what it's called..look it up if you care) that attacks the spikes on the virus and somehow jack up the immune system thereby killing/weakening the virus. This vaccine doesn't necessarily stop you from getting covid, you just won't get it so bad. This is basically what the 'word' is. Take from it what you will.
