Up to 5000 iu is fine, but make sure to supplement k2 alongside. It’s literally one of the most important vitamins

Actually these fat soluble vitamins are essential: A, D, E, K (especially k2) but they work synergistically AND also in tandem with calcium, magnesium, selenium, - and to some degree - sodium and potassium.

I only supplement with D and K2 rn
