The pfizer mRNA vaccine is vastly different from how traditional vaccines work. mRNA adds foreign genetic material so you can create anti-bodies to fight an infection, traditional vaccines add an incomplete or inert portion of a virus so your body can generate anti-bodies naturally through an immune response. I am completely against this pfizer vaccine, but I'm not an anti-vax nutjob. Kids should still have vaccines like MMR.
