Suing is bullshit. You have to get fucked up, prove you got fucked up, and if you're lucky you might get a pittance to make you less pissed about getting fucked up. Best just avoid the situation altogether.

It literally doesn't even matter because they are protected. It could be prove that it is 100% pure poison, and they couldn't be sued.
