NMR particle count, which corrects for size of the cholesterol molecule, an important distinction, since the amount of which size of cholesterol particle (particularly LDL) is what best characterizes risk of cardiovascular issues (https://peterattiamd.com/the-straight-dope-on-cholesterol-part-v/)
 Low <1000 / Moderate 1000-1299 / Borderline-High 1300-1599 / High 1600-2000 / Very High >2000
 Cholesterol Total / HDL-C
20th percentile risk of CVD (low better), Framingham study (https://peterattiamd.com/the-straight-dope-on-cholesterol-part-vi/)
35th percentile risk of CVD (low better), MESA study (https://peterattiamd.com/the-straight-dope-on-cholesterol-part-vi/)
35th percentile risk of CVD (low better), source: the lab sheet's interpretive info
constitutes "large" or "Pattern A" LDL size, for lower risk of CVD (those particles are less atherogenic)
15th percentile risk of CVD (low better), source: the lab sheet's interpretive info

Holy fuck 958 test... cutting out fluoride & estrogen/pharma from the water, not eating plastic-packaged shit, and ingesting meat, possibly nofap?

edit: pointing out that since called me out 9 months ago I have followed through with 3 quarterly tests
