That's still not great. Stop eating vegetable oils and all goyslop. Avoid sugar. Cook with animal fats (lard) only. Try to buy/grow organic food and favor grass fed meat. Move as fast as you can up hills in short bursts (sprint, limp, whatever you can manage) and lift weights.
I do need to get back to the weights. I quit lifting a year or so ago with a torn rotator cuff. Never got back into the swing of it but I need to!
The diet is most important. Our food supply is poisoned by jew owned corporations. It makes us diseased and stupid.

I eat about 90 percent meat only. But the other 10 percent is admittedly crap. I need to work on that.
