You take your blood pressure in your right arm, left arm, right ankle, and left ankle. Write them down.

You divide the highest systolic (higher) number from both ankles by the highest systolic (higher) number from your arms.

If that ratio is above 1.4 or below 1.0 you've got issues.

Yeah 1.16 is fine. You should test it over time too. BP fluctuates a lot.
