The most important roles of enzymes is to aid in digestion. Digestion is the process of turning the food we eat into energy. They break down fats, proteins and carbohydrates. Enzymes use these nutrients for growth and cell repair.

Enzymes also help with: Breathing. Building muscle. Nerve function. Ridding our bodies of toxins.

I drank raw milk on a daily basis, for years, and I have no intolerance, none, whatsoever.

75-80% of jews are lactose intolerant. Pasteurization is a subversive front against their avowed enemy. Us. The EuroLactoChads.

I agree, but I’m not affiliated with the Frosties other than contributing some nominations. The man you want to ping is @Frosty

During my childhood I drank raw milk daily, but then people in the village stopped keeping cows so that ended.

About half a year ago I found a place that did raw milk deliveries and drinking a glass of that after all these years was closest I will ever get to taking a whole package of Pervitin™ at once.

We get raw milk pretty regularly from the farmer up the road. It's absolutely fantastic.

Also, the protein in milk (casein) has two variants. One variant is easily digested by humans and has virtually no issues or side effects. The other variant, not so much. Guess which variant we have and which variant is in places like Switzerland.

i remember working on a dairy farm when i was quite young and the farmer was trying so hard to jump through all the hoops required for selling raw milk, but he just was having the hardest time affording it and so on. He wanted to sell it on shelves in stores but the best he could do was sell in the shop on a dairy-farm in the middle of nowhere. There was so much you could do with raw milk, i was so annoyed it wasnt allowed on shelves because we couldnt always afford the farmers milk.

Before that there was a local mexican who had a cow who would sell refilled 1gal containers on his dinky property with no permits, no hoops to jump through. That's pretty rare, almost no one owns a milking cow, that's the only time i've had the opportunity to have raw milk from a cow in the neighborhood (A large neighborhood mostly unused desert, each property out there appeared to average 1-10 acres and was largely undeveloped)
