My grandmother had 'high cholesterol" from the 1950s until the day she died. Medications galore, but she always had "high cholesterol."

I had it too, until I stopped going to a doctor.

I was diagnosed with high cholesterol by a morbidly obese woman doctor during my late 20s while I was on keto diet. She just could not explain to me "if I'm sick then why am I feeling great".

They want to give you pills. I could have walked out with 5 different scripts if I'd let them give me any of it.

Lean Mass Hyper-Responders should cordially invite statin shilling medicos to join them for a ribeye after the gym or kindly fuck right off.

People with UK ancestry have “high” cholesterol. 6 months ago they said my cholesterol was a little high. Immediately prescribed a statin. Put it on the shelf and haven’t looked at it since. Started eating more oatmeal in the morning.

Forget that high cholesterol bs. Did you know that cholesterol is the building block of testosterone? No wonder (((they))) want us to eat less of it.

I eat minimum 6 eggs per day, all kinds of cured pork and pork fat, olive oil, butter and cream daily and feel amazing. If I tested for cholesterol they would probably tell me it's a miracle I am still alive.
