Damn. I cook a pound of grassfed grass finished beef, in tallow with salt, a whole red onion, 2 heads of garlic, a couple inches of ginger and 3 heads of baby bok-choy. I'll get 4 or 5 meals out of that (very filling). Aging does that. When I was in my teens, I could go to a buffet and eat 5-7 plates of just meat, though a growing body that was in buttload of sports will need a lot more energy and protein for growth. Sorry, I'm rambling just thinking about my younger years.
