I mean, diet experts warn not to go over 1000 calorie deficit per day but I can handle 1500. I'm not a big guy either!

At 6'3",my sedentary Total Daily Energy Expenditure sits around 4000 calories. Only reason I cut down at 1200 calories daily is I would rather be without energy and lethargic for the least amount of time possible.
