Caloric content can only be determined by burning something with a flame. Bodies cannot burn calories. Bodies cannot burn anything. What methods exist that are able to determine how many calories a body has burned? CICO is retarded and there is no legitimate science to back it. A sardine has never been burned with a flame to determine caloric content.

A calorie is a unit of measure of energy. Very specifically, it is the amount of energy that is required to raise the temperature of one mL of water by one degree Celsius.

It's all guesses and averages. And the method of determining how many calories you "burn" is more fake and gay than that. "calorimeter" lol. Fake and Gay!

Bravo on the weight loss even though it has nothing to do with calories.
