May I ask why it should be avoided if coming from Baltic areas? I eat 3 cans sardines daily as a quick snack as I grow, maintain, and cut faster and more efficiently when my protons come from different sources (beef, fish, plant, isolate, casein). I just know the amount of microplastics within fishies are high but I detox daily so can't be bothered to stop eating unless you have something that is more concerning to me.
