The goal is to not eat sugar. The body has to manage with stored fat to compensate. It also helps with recalibrating the insulin receptors.
I don't. I went 'keto' years and years ago trying to fix my autoimmune issues. I struggle with food because of my autoimmune crap but sugar is defintely out
I guess I'm lucky because my immune system is quite strong and I pretty much never get sick (I catch a cold once a year, and it only lasts a couple days), got good teeth (I avoid Sodium Fluoride), and only need 4 hours sleep on average.
Yeah. I was poisoned at 17 with 'required' vaccines for a college scholarship. I nearly died and have had autoimmune issues (and been a staunch antivaxxer) since. I get hives and my thyroid has been nearly destroyed.
