I assume you're referring to the one with no teeth.

I knew this old guy who had a wife with no teeth.

She lost them when she was in a bicycle accident so she'd had dentures the entire time they'd know each other, even when they were a young and new couple.

It's not even approved for type 1 diabetics like the first one in the story. That one's sad. I don't really feel bad for the one who used it as a weight loss drug though. Or anyone who used it for type 2. Just eat less. You think she'll eat less without teeth? I bet not, probably will end up blending fast food in a blender and chugging it.
