Simple question to weed out quacks:
What is the role of cholesterol in the human body?
You'd be surprised how many doctors/nurses have absolutely no clue what cholesterol is or what it does in your body.

Cholesterol is one of the building blocks for cell repair. Damaged cells demand cholesterol and the body produces it to facilitate cell repair and maintenance. Dietary cholesterol entering the blood is a myth. The cholesterol you eat does NOT go into the blood causing problems. High cholesterol demand is a symptom of other health issues and NOT the primary disease/condition. It's all lies. Your body needs cholesterol and it produces it on its own. It's good not bad.
