Heart disease is the single largest killer in the world, followed by diabetes and cancer. Is homogenized milk a contributor?

Dr Kurt Oster, who died in 1988, was the chairman of the Department of Medicine and Chief, Section of Cardiology at Park City Hospital, Bridgeport, Connecticut for 39 years. He was a Fellow of the American College of Cardiology, American College of Physicians, American College of Nutrition, and of the American College of Clinical Pharmacology, among others. The author of more than 40 articles in reputable scientific journals, he is credited for the discovery of the role of the enzyme bovine milk xanthine oxidase in inflammation, and its effect on creating lesions in arteries, nerves and heart muscle. Dr. Oster is also credited for first making the link between cardiovascular disease and other chronic degenerative diseases, such as multiple sclerosis, gout and psoriasis, suggesting that the disease pathway is the same, only in different locations. He demonstrated that folic acid therapy allows the healing of non-healing ulcers. After suffering a heart attack at the age of 46 Dr Oster researched for over 20 years into clogged arteries.

According to Oster and his associates, Dr Donald Ross of Fairfield University and Dr John Zikakis of the University of Delaware, the principal culprit appears to be the homogenization of milk. Their work suggests that xanthine oxidase, or XO, ingested with homogenized milk and milk products, penetrates and damages arterial walls, triggering the classic symptoms leading to heart disease.

Xanthine oxidase is an enzyme naturally found in our livers where it is involved in the breakdown of compounds into uric acid, a waste product. The fat in milk also contains Xanthine Oxidase. When milk is not homogenised, both the fat and the xanthine oxidase are digested into smaller molecules, which are either used or excreted from the body. ...

"...the biggest irony is that milk is thought to increase calcium LOSS from our bones."

"...the pasteurization process destroys a majority of enzymes and vitamins and minerals."

"Cows are given antibiotics and injected with rBGH, a genetically engineered Bovine Growth Hormone, which is a synthetic hormone that was created to artificially increase milk production. A frightening side effect of rBGH is an increase in IGF-1 (insulin growth factor), which has been linked to many cancers."

"Milk increases the risks of respiratory conditions and allergies. It has been linked to the development of arthritis due to joints becoming inflamed."

"I cannot conclude this article without referring to the fabulous documentary Forks Over Knives. It unravels and discovers the truth that many degenerative diseases, cancers, type 2 diabetes, obesity, and heart disease are linked to diets high in animal protein, such as meats and dairy."

Hard proof that homogenized milk is the culprit behind heart disease. We are ALL being poisoned! https://poal.co/s/HealthNews/399784 (some of the same links and others in comments)

Both pasteurization and homogenization are bad for different reasons.

Pasteurization destroys the enzymes that break down milk for digestion. Milk is baby food. It is designed to break itself down so the calves can gain the nutrients. When you destroy the parts that do so it becomes inedible or worse.

Homogenization smashes the fat cells to prolong shelf life. The side effects are really really bad for the body. We absorb way more calories for one.

There was a study done in the 40s or 50s by a doctor who took two groups of cats and isolated them. One he fed only raw milk, the other he fed only homogenized, pasteurized milk. The second generation of cats all had birth defects. The third generation was worse. There was no fourth generation as the third was all sterile.

The plastic jugs milk is sold in leeches formaldehyde into the milk. Fun fact, it takes a third less formaldehyde to preserve a body now as it did in 1950 because of milk jugs.

I love raw milk, hard to find unfortunately.

I 1000% agree. Find yourself an Amish farm that is capable of supplying unpasteurized milk

We have a local source and it is as wonderful as they say. Some cows in particular have just kickass tasting milk

The best I can get here in the city is baked milk, which doesn't spoil as fast and has an actual taste compared to rotkikes's pasteurized jew slop. But you're still getting fucked if you want to try any other milk-based product like cheese, cream or butter - they're all made of that pasteurized shite! Pisses me off, man.

use RealMilk.com to find local raw milk. I've been in this game for years now.

Where do you get raw milk?

Used to get it from a farmer from a kilometer over. Now it's from a "milk filling station" (coin op dispenser) operated by another farmer. Raw milk is still legal here.

How has everyone around you not noticed all the miraculous effects it has on you?

Who says they haven't? They avoid me because they envy me. Yeah, that's the ticket.
