I first found out about this after searching for anxiety supplements. In particular, to relax the mind at bedtime. Then I’ve read about how it’s “nootropic” because it can work with caffeine to keep the jolt from caffeine while mitigating the “jitters.”
I bought a bag of it that came with a 200 mg scoop. Supposedly, a proper dose is 200mg-400mg. I tried 200mg in my homemade pre workout yesterday and tried to pay attention to myself. I forgot to take some at bed time. I’m gonna to keep paying attention to how I feel and see if there’s anything to it for me.
I’m curious if any of you use it and what’s been your experience.
