Consider any institution that "cares" for people. They've all been weaponized: hospitals, nursing homes, kindergartens, schools, universities, Scouts, churches, etc. They are breeding grounds for perverts and psychopaths who get off on harming people. They can do this because the old school thinking they're there to help is still present. White people can't seem to imagine there are evil people who want to murder and maim others.

The problem is they are brainwashed into thinking that nurses and especially doctors are authority figures from kindergarden/preschool (really birth). They also never get a decent health and medical education in school and are not taught critical thinking or the psychology of psychopaths.
Any position of authority is going to attract psychopaths like a magnet. If it involves authority over children, it will be crawling with pedophiles.
Sure, but they believe in fairy tales like fluid genders, Israel is our greatest ally, the Hall of cost, niggers are just like us, taking experimental poisons and so on. Scary!
