Ivermectin. I am allergic to most meds (skin spots or tongue swelling), Ivermectin has no side effects for me. I take it with some zinc and goodbye whatever sickness I had coming on. If for some reason I didn't take the Ivermectin while it was just a scratchy throat, then by the next morning it is cleared up.

You might’ve posted the wrong link? The name of the plant got me curious and after looking it up this might be the most jewish medicine ever, depending on what you consider an Israelite and what you consider a jew. I couldn’t find out when the plant began to be called “Aaron’s rod”.

Another one to keep an eye out for is ghost pipe, it's fairly rare but effective at helping to

Low dose naltrexone has been a miracle worker for me. Ivermectin and fenbendazole. I take a ton of supplements and don't know where those fall on the spectrum for most people.
There are more natural remedies available, primarily by controlling your diet, eating vit c and d and zinc rich foods helps prevent most illnesses. If you get a bacterial infection, eating a lot of honey (natural antibiotic).
Yeah, pretty much this. Look up old home remedies. Most "modern medicine" has its roots in them. Stale/moldy bread = antibiotics. Charcoal tabs, good for digestion and stomach aches (not taken all of the time). Fermented foods have a lot of benefits.
All of those herbal teas for sleep, calmness, digestion, etc.. Yeah, they actually work (for most people) but don't over-do it.
Some of those remedies are bullshit and have been proven so over time. Many have become the basis of modern products that have a whole shit load of other crap in them to make them shelf stable and profitable. You don't always need some brand thing to help you. Sometimes its as easy as putting some flowers in hot water for a few minutes.
Yep such that aspirin is literally willow bark tea.
Honey
I'd say it's antiparasitic meds that are beneficial. Most other modern meds are used just to treat symptoms of various parasitic infestations.
Depakote was created by Germans to treat seizures, but is used for all sorts of stuff
