This has been know for years that those scumbags overcharge the states. The money is unreal there. I used to work in a pretend big pharma company and they had billions of dollars. They overpaid their people so much that administrative assistance were buying BMWs and lexus's. This is why we'll never get any meaningful health Care reform.
