OSHA says you need to change your mask out every half hour to prevent the germs from your breathing accumulating and festering on the mask. It can and will make you sick not using proper safety procedures, which people are so confident in their white-coated doctors and their understanding of the seemingly simple nature of masks that they arent going to listen to any lectures on the proper use of facemasks and the different types.
