For the past few years, I’ve started to feel everything start falling apart. Inflammation is an issue now. Shoulders and neck in particular.
Very rarely I will take an alieve or some ibuprofen but I try to steer clear of NSAID’s because of what they can do to your stomach.
Are there any supplements or whatever natural stuff one can take to manage the inflammation I mentioned?
Tumor Rick and Ginger are super hot and the research I'm doing. I wonder pineapple canned and water delivers the same or similar anti-inflammatory properties.
