I take Turmeric with ginger in the morning and I take Glucosamine with MSM in the evening. NO chondroitin though (not good for men)

Yep, there is a plethora of natural anti-inflammatories - many other herbal remedy's/ vitamins/ nutrients etc also have anti-inflammatory properties. since the holo-cov sham i too researched the shit out all i could and take a daily regime 4 x a day of different vitamins/ minerals/ herbal/ amino acids etc. along with complete diet revamp ( that cant be over stated- diet is vitally important, no seed oils/ refined sugar/ goyslop etc) dropped/ stabilized blood pressure/ quit ssri/ anxiety meds/ lost almost 30 kgs with just diet and stretching/ press up/ sit ups.
Which supplement are you saying could contain chondroitan?
chondroitin is frequently paired with glucosimine as they are both great anti inflammatories. However chondroitin is not good for men in other ways. GTS
