Not sure if it applies to you or not but make sure you're staying well hydrated. I've found if I'm not drinking enough water I'll get aches and pains. I mean even drink if you're not thirsty. Might help might not.
That’s great advice. I’ve followed that for as long as I can remember. I drink a shit ton of water daily and always have. I like to think that habit has contributed to really never getting sick. At least that’s what o believe.
Other things besides age have probably accelerated the issues with my neck and shoulder. Contact football through college. A bad car accident. And I lost a fight in my 20’s in a really bad way. The guy got on top of me with me on my stomach and gave me a thirty piece combo to the back of my head as I kept trying to get up.
I didn’t get knocked unconscious which is amazing. I was bedridden for a week. Definitely fucked my neck up. At least I got my fair share in before the tables turned. I made the mistake of letting up on him then he tackled me as I walked away.
