With a few exceptions, you should be using animals oils like lard and tallow. There's a reason why a lot of illnesses developed after they pushed for seed oils to replace lard and tallow.

I don’t use much oil for anything besides salads. I do use real butter.

IIRC, olive and avocado oils are still on the table. Soy, corn, rape, and so on are off the table. I don't have anything handy at which to point. That said, salads won't be on your menu much if you're carnivore.

Man, my salads are basically a garden in a bowl I’d find that really difficult to give up. It would take serious convincing. But I’ll research and see what sticks.
