For the past few years, I’ve started to feel everything start falling apart. Inflammation is an issue now. Shoulders and neck in particular.

Very rarely I will take an alieve or some ibuprofen but I try to steer clear of NSAID’s because of what they can do to your stomach.

Are there any supplements or whatever natural stuff one can take to manage the inflammation I mentioned?

Dies this video mention which are inflammatory oils? That’s what I’m keen on researching right now.

With a few exceptions, you should be using animals oils like lard and tallow. There's a reason why a lot of illnesses developed after they pushed for seed oils to replace lard and tallow.

I don't recall if the video specifically addresses oils.

I don’t use much oil for anything besides salads. I do use real butter.

What kind of animal oil can I mix with vinegar for salads?

IIRC, olive and avocado oils are still on the table. Soy, corn, rape, and so on are off the table. I don't have anything handy at which to point. That said, salads won't be on your menu much if you're carnivore.
