Taking high dose vitamin C for combating viral loads in the bloodstream is different than supplementing vitamin c.
If you're getting sick then you can take 50 grams in 24 hours.
Daily supplementing would be best around 2 grams. 1 morning 1 at night fyi.
Oh good to know. Then Emergen-c could work at those levels. Thankfully I’m not sick and having been for many years. But I’d trade a cold or two for this pain.
