For the past few years, I’ve started to feel everything start falling apart. Inflammation is an issue now. Shoulders and neck in particular.

Very rarely I will take an alieve or some ibuprofen but I try to steer clear of NSAID’s because of what they can do to your stomach.

Are there any supplements or whatever natural stuff one can take to manage the inflammation I mentioned?

That said, salads won't be on your menu much if you're carnivore.

Oh yeah. That’s right.

Man, my salads are basically a garden in a bowl I’d find that really difficult to give up. It would take serious convincing. But I’ll research and see what sticks.

I love salads too. Go four months carnivore and supplements and see how you feel. You can slowly roll it back to keto from there, which will include salads again. I don't believe you'll regret it.
