For the past few years, I’ve started to feel everything start falling apart. Inflammation is an issue now. Shoulders and neck in particular.

Very rarely I will take an alieve or some ibuprofen but I try to steer clear of NSAID’s because of what they can do to your stomach.

Are there any supplements or whatever natural stuff one can take to manage the inflammation I mentioned?

Carnivore diet. Remove inflammatory oils from your diet. Add turmeric and black seed oil as supplements (there are others to look at too). If this doesn't address it, you're fucked.

MMS may be worth a look too.

Kinda grim at the end there.

Maybe so, but don't underestimate what has been suggested for you. The combination is extremely powerful. I bet you will significantly benefit.

Already in my cart! I thank you. I’d never heard of that combo but brief research shows it’s popular. Seems lots of chiropractors recommend it to their patients.

I second what NoseySilence said about carnivore diet or keto might have a surprisingly positive impact on your condition.

I’m gonna have to research how extreme that diet is. I’m not knocking that advice, but to the uninformed, it’s not something I’ve heard of until recently and many books and YouTube channels have grifted off lots of other “fad diets.”

I’m not saying that’s what it is. I’m ignorant about it. But I’m going to research it.
