For the past few years, I’ve started to feel everything start falling apart. Inflammation is an issue now. Shoulders and neck in particular.

Very rarely I will take an alieve or some ibuprofen but I try to steer clear of NSAID’s because of what they can do to your stomach.

Are there any supplements or whatever natural stuff one can take to manage the inflammation I mentioned?

Yes, high does Vitamin C.

In here it mentiones that it's taken IV, but you can buy powder (absorbic acid) and dose it 5g per day orally. That's about 1 teaspoon. Lot's of people take more than that for certain conditions, like 5g few times per day.

Once your body has stored enough vitamin C, you will get diarrhea from too high dosed, so all you need to do is lower them until you find your maintainance dose. For some people, maintenance can be few grams per day, for some 15g or more, depens how much support your immune system needs to fight off whatever is attacking your body.

If you have chronic inflammation, parasite cleanse might be a good idea too.

Would tablets work as well? I ask because I have a bottle.

They would but, you would have to take a lot of them at once and the there must be thickeners and fillers in them that are probably not meant to be taken in higher doses.

That makes sense. Straight up powder seems ideal here.

I've finished a 30ct bottle of vitamin C in a day before. The fillers are basically inert.

Asking all of you this to get input from different sources.

I have msm powder in my cart and am looking at supplementing with vitamin C also. Do you think Emergen-C packs are okay? I could mix the two a couple of few times each day and have a tasty drink at the same time. Thoughts?

High dose Emergen-C packs would be a bad idea, I looked them up and they have 15 nutrients not just VitC.

Get Vitamin C powder (so called absorbic acid).

Don't know much about MSM to advise you.

Yeah man I was thinking about that. It’s more than just vitamin c. Good eye.
