Be careful with this trap. If genetic changes in the brain caused homosexuality, then that gives credence to the "born this way" fallacy of degeneracy acceptance. If the DNA changes, then it could be passed on to offspring which would essentially become the "gay gene", which we know does not exist. It's a combination imo. It affects the physiology causing mental problems. I don't think it's straight decision. I can see it being actual physical changes in the BRAIN coupled with choices the person makes.
