Why would anyone give Tylenol to a child?

It's been known for many years that Tylenol (acetaminophen) is toxic.

I know, and they are willfully giving their child poison when they take it. Ignorance is not an excuse.

Does that statement not raise red flags in anyone's head? It has never been proven to be safe in the first place. Why would pregnancy be any different?
In the long run though, it would be best to just eliminate the pharmaceutical industry as it is today and start fresh.
