I’m sorry to hear that. I try to use food food medicine. Turmeric root is a better anti inflammatory than Advil. Couple of bites a day with a dip of hummus. Most physical issues are from inflammation. Most people won’t eat turmeric lol. It is a little earthy. Do you live somewhere where weed is legal? That’ll help your depression way more than any pharmaceutical. Get off the anti depressants. They don’t help. They hurt. Not to mention what they do to your liver. Finally, (and I could go on and on), start reading up on your gut biome. Start eating food to ensure a healthy gut biome. I don’t care for sauerkraut, but I have some each day. There’s so much you can do for yourself that makes so much more sense than pharmaceuticals. Just start reading about it and make little changes over time. Good luck man.
I used to smoke all the time but hard times ended that lovely habit. As for tumeric we have the power in the spice rack. Will the powder work as well.
Yes, I believe the powder works, too. And in fact, that is what most of the chatter is about. I just figured, of my own accord, that it's best to get it from the source in its original form. The less processed something is, the better, imho. Can't find any recommendations on dosage, though. I do find if I skip a few days, I notice my lower back hurting more.
I have genetic arthritis in my sacroliliac and hips and shoulders. Just found out a couple months ago but have had it since I was a kid. It's so nice to hear that all the doctors told me to take tylenol and never did the blood test for this ever. I went to the va and two women figured it out in less than 5 minutes and I got the medication a few days later in the mail.
