Prolly not.
Thus, the objective of the present study was to examine the associations of smoking status and number of cigarettes smoked per day with total and free testosterone levels
[...]
Smoking men had 15% higher total and 13% higher free testosterone levels compared with men who never smoked.
Testosterone tends to increase risk driven behaviour and such which I think is the reason behind the correlation (not causation) between smoking and testosterone levels. Men smoke more than women.
Don't smoke, nigger faggots.
It goes deeper:
Smoking-attributed nicotine is known to inhibit aromatase enzyme activity, which catalyzes the conversion of androgens into estrogens [10].

Naturally, it makes it bad for women.
Less estrogen = more testosterone.
I haven’t really done a deep dive on this, so there may be conflicting sources, but quitting smoking apparently lowers testosterone for a period of time. If this is true, it gives credence to the OP
Although the study in the International Journal of Andrology notes a small drop in T in men who quit smoking, Brahmbhatt points out that the positive impact of quitting vastly outweighs this short lived side effect (1).
“If a man quits smoking he may have a slight drop in T levels— SLIGHT,” he says. Meaning: not enough to make a difference in his mood, libido, ability to build muscle, or energy levels.
