I know because I had it. I wasn't less afaraid of refugees. I was less afraid of everything. Like walk out into traffic and not look. Also that isn't how (((toxoplasmosis gondii))) would present. Nobody is "afraid" of ... they just know, for a fact, to do better. It's not a fear thing it's an objective piece of knowledge, it's also a law.
