Multivitamins have iodine. Just get a one a day you like. It's not that deep. You won't lose weight. It's a good part if diet and exercise; it's not a magic bullet.

Meh, most brand multivitamins are at such low doses they are literally 'throwing your money away'.

Get premium quality high dose vitamin / mineral supplements specifically for one's circumstance - (complete blood work serum levels are helpful to identify deficiencies)

Source of Life GOLD or ULTRA is the best multivitamin I have used and suggest it to everyone.

Yep. Finding premium quality/ organic supplements from a reputable online company at the best price is bit of a deep dive in itself, but well worth the effort.

I just checked my multivitamin. 0 iodine. Looks like you are wrong.

Edit: some do some don't. The gummy vitamins don't have iodine. I'm getting some supplemental iodine.
